The Right to Information of the Electricity Consumer

Before signing the supply contract

You have the right to request and receive, free of charge, a copy of the supply contract and the standard terms and conditions applicable to the service.

ENCON Prime SRL is obliged to provide you, in writing, with the following essential information:

The steps and documents required to conclude a supply contract;

Available offers, suitable for your needs;

The contract related to the chosen offer, with all relevant details;

Prices and tariffs charged.

Before signing the contract, check the following information

The identity and address of ENCON Prime SRL;

The service provided, the guaranteed quality level, the continuity of supply, as well as the start date of the contract;

The applicable price and tariff;
-
The duration of the contract, the conditions for its renewal or extension, the right of unilateral termination and the conditions for temporary interruption of supply;

Compensations and damages applicable in case of non-compliance with the service quality levels provided for in the contract;
-
Penalties applicable in case of failure to fulfill contractual obligations.

Information obligations of ENCON Prime SRL
At your request, ENCON Prime SRL will provide you with a printed extract of the procedure for registering, investigating and resolving petitions received from consumers.
We are obliged to inform you of any changes to prices, billing and collection methods, or other contractual conditions. This information will be communicated directly, in a timely manner, in a transparent and easy-to-understand manner.
The right to withdraw from the contract
If you do not agree with the announced changes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without paying compensation, respecting the contractual and legal provisions in force.
Resolving misunderstandings
If pre-contractual disagreements arise and an agreement is not reached, you can request the initiation of the dispute resolution process at ANRE level, according to ANRE Order No. 35/2013.
To resolve disputes arising during the contract, if the parties do not reach an agreement, they may contact ANRE, according to ANRE Order No. 61/2013, which regulates the functioning of the commission for resolving disputes on the electricity and natural gas market.

You can contact the National Energy Regulatory Authority – ANRE to report any violation.
